1. Refund Eligibility

Due to the dependency on partner platforms and significant computational costs:

  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Total usage must not exceed 600 words generated during the refund window.
  • Account must be in active status with subscription cancellation requested.
  • No refunds if the service was used in the same calendar month outside the refund window.
  • Automatic refunds are not supported; all requests require manual processing.

2. Credit Usage Limitation

Refund eligibility is subject to strict usage limits:

  • If you have utilized computational resources (e.g., Advanced Features Humanizer), you are ineligible.
  • Cease all service usage immediately after refund request submission.
  • Any usage exceeding 800 words during processing voids refund eligibility.
  • Historical payments, taxes, or payment processor fees are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email hello@writesai.org with subject: Refund Request - [Your Account Email].
  • Include account email, purchase date, and a clear refund claim statement.
  • Concurrently request subscription cancellation.
  • All requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

We will acknowledge receipt within 7 business days.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Important cancellation terms:

  • Cancel subscription immediately to prevent future charges.
  • Refunds require cancellation request before/with refund submission.
  • No refunds if account is terminated after eligibility window.
  • Due to computational resource commitments, refunds are limited.
